COOKING CLASS
A menu you can really use when you get home to throw an Italian themed dinner party. You will start at 3 or 4pm and work your way through different dishes accompanied by lots of ice cold Prosecco. You finish with an al fresco dinner where everyone gets to sample what they have prepared during the afternoon.

BRUNELLO WINE TOUR
Starting @ 930am, you will head towards Montalcino, where Brunello wine is produced . You will visit a couple of vineyards & have wine tasting. They pick a bigger producer & a family run organic winery to give you both experiences. You will have lunch in a local Trattoria and visit the Abbey of Sant’Antimo built in one of Tuscany’s most picturesque landscapes and go through amazing medieval villages. Return is at 6pm

Chianti Wine tour
Starting @ 930am, you will head towards Brolio Castle, one of the big producers, visit castle, cellars and have a wine tasting. We then visit a smaller producer. Visit little villages & Abbeys and go through an amazing landscape. Lunch is not included but you will stop by Radda in Chianti for an opportunity to shop & visit restaurants & hosteriors.

hot air ballooning
Lift off at dawn! The balloon flight normally lasts just over an hour, and concludes with the traditional Champagne toast and a hearty breakfast after which we load everything back on to the trailer of the chase vehicle which follows our flight from the launch site, and return home.

Abbey of San Galgano
The place has two sights of interest:
the monastery including the enormous church without a roof
the Hermitage of Monte Siepi where, the legend tells us that San Galgano retired around 1170 to live as a hermit.
